Know what is wrong with your website—and what to change next.
Turn website findings into actionable, verifiable improvements. Discuss your problem and scope before a quote.
The button opens your email app; nothing is sent automatically. An inquiry does not commit you to payment. Price, timing and scope are agreed before work begins.
When this can help
You run a service business and need your website to generate inquiries or bookings. Automated tools give you plenty of warnings, but choosing and organizing the next useful action takes too much time.
We can discuss scope using your public website. WordPress native scores or article source require separate authorization; no admin password is needed for the initial inquiry.
Agree on the deliverables
These are possible deliverables to scope together, not a fixed package included in every engagement.
- Findings with evidence
- Identify affected pages, supporting evidence and what remains unverified.
- Prioritized actions
- Choose a first round of changes based on your goal and available time, with verification steps.
- Editorial review
- Where content analysis is in scope, review original passages alongside proposed revisions before applying anything.
- Retest record
- Repeat agreed checks and distinguish resolved, unresolved and inconclusive findings. Agree separately on business-outcome observation.
What does an actionable finding look like?
This fictional service-page example illustrates the deliverable format. It is not a client case study or evidence of results. Your agreed scope determines the actual deliverables.
View example: make the inquiry button explain the next step
- Goal and evidence
- The goal is to receive service inquiries. The example button says “Learn more” and links to a contact page. This establishes its wording and destination; successful submission has not been tested.
- Judgment and priority
- The label does not explain that it starts an inquiry. It may leave visitors uncertain, but that remains a hypothesis. Its direct connection to the inquiry path makes it a candidate for the first round of work, not proof of lost customers.
- Proposed change
- If the destination accepts inquiries, use “Discuss scope and pricing” and explain the information needed and how scope will be agreed. Have the service owner confirm the process before publishing.
- Verification and outcome observation
- Check the label and destination on desktop and mobile, then test the contact flow with permission. Ask target users what they expect before clicking and observe their attempt. After release, distinguish clicks, actual inquiries and qualified requests. Clicks are not sales, and before/after counts alone do not establish causation.
Four details to start the conversation
Your website URL, offer and target customers, desired visitor action, and the main problem you want to solve. No customer lists, passwords or order details are needed.

We first discuss fit, page scope and a quote. Agreed work starts after your acceptance. Rankings, AI citations and sales growth are not guaranteed; website changes require separate approval.
